O Clube é o coração do nosso negócio — e é aqui que o crescimento acontece. Buscamos a mente de growth que vai desenhar, testar e escalar a aquisição de novos sócios para os nossos planos Premium: alguém que enxerga o funil inteiro, formula hipóteses e deixa os dados decidirem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenhar e executar a estratégia de growth para aquisição de sócios nos planos Premium, do topo do funil à conversão.Liderar o motor de experimentação — A/B tests, landing pages, campanhas pagas — sempre a partir de hipóteses e leitura de dados.Dominar as métricas do funil (CAC, LTV, payback, conversão por etapa) e transformá-las em decisão.Identificar alavancas de crescimento a partir de benchmarks, análise de mercado e comportamento do usuário.Trabalhar lado a lado com os times de UX e TI para otimizar a jornada e o funil de conversão.Orquestrar as campanhas entre as equipes de Marketing e demais áreas.Cuidar da experiência de CRM e das jornadas que sustentam a retenção e o crescimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVivência real em growth marketing e aquisição — desenhar, rodar e ler experimentos de ponta a ponta.Fluência em dados: virar métrica de funil em hipótese e ação (Excel intermediário/avançado, no mínimo).Mindset ágil, proativo, criativo e colaborativo.E vai ser muito legaaaal se você tiver:Experiência prévia em negócios de assinatura ou e-commerce.Repertório em branding e marketing digitalInformações adicionaisA gente acredita em pessoas que fazem acontecer.No Grupo Wine, você encontra um ambiente construído com verdade, confiança e espaço para experimentar.
