Ser responsável por construir e executar planos de ação para atingir os objetivos de aquisição de novos sócios, de todos os canais (CRM, mídias pagas, orgânico, etc.), utilizando dados para a tomada de decisão;Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o time responsável pelas campanhas de mídia paga com plataformas como Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok e afiliados;Gerenciar o time responsável pelas campanhas de CRM;Realizar a interface com agências para contratação de influenciadores;Garantir que comunicação visual do Clube Wine esteja de acordo com as estratégias de aquisição para construção de KV nas Campanhas Nacionais;Acompanhamento recorrente dos principais indicadores (Quantidade de novos assinantes, Ticket Médio da aquisição, CAC, LTV, etc.) e elaboração de materiais de resultado para reuniões executivas;Gerir o orçamento de despesa de marketing de maneira eficiente, garantindo o melhor retorno sobre o investimento;Liderar iniciativas de novos canais e novos formatos para aquisição de novos sócios, desenvolver e garantir experimentos e otimização;Atuar com os demais times para encontrar hipóteses e alavancas de crescimento;Suportar as iniciativas de go-to-market e garantir que todos os recursos estão sendo explorados, elevando o alcance delas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que nós esperamos de você?Experiência em Growth/Mídias pagas e estratégias de otimização de conversão;Forte capacidade analítica e experiência em CRM/Mídias pagas e estratégias de otimização de conversão e funil de conversão;Conhecimento em plataformas de atribuição, engajamento, marketing de performance e Excel/Sheets,Conhecimento avançado em Meta e Google Ads e Google Analytics.Conhecimento das métricas como ROI, LTV, CAC, CPL e Churn;Informações adicionaisA gente acredita em pessoas que fazem acontecer.No Grupo Wine, você encontra um ambiente construído com verdade, confiança e espaço para experimentar.
