O Colégio Diocesano busca um(a) Encarregado de Revisão, Diagramação e Mecanografia para atuar em Teresina/PI.Temos como missão promover educação de excelência, inspirada nos valores cristãos e inacianos, contribuindo para a formação de cidadãos competente, conscientes, compassivos, criativos e comprometidos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a revisão gramatical, ortográfica e a padronização de todos os materiais recebidos;Conferir imagens, gráficos e demais elementos visuais presentes nos materiais, assegurando a correta correspondência e indicação nos textos;Supervisionar as atividades do setor DRM, de forma a garantir a qualidade, padronização e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos; Planejar, organizar e acompanhar o fluxo de produção dos materiais pedagógicos; Distribuir demandas entres os membros da equipe, monitorando a execução das atividades e cumprimento dos cronogramas; Coordenar os processos de diagramação e formatação; Garantir a observância das normas da Língua Portuguesa, dos padrões editoriais da instituição e das orientações pedagógicas vigentes; Revisar e validar materiais didáticos, avaliações, comunicados, manuais, projetos e demais documentos institucionais antes de sua publicação ou impressão; Estabelecer e monitorar fluxo de recebimento, revisão, diagramação, validação e entrega de materiais produzidos pelo setor; Protocolar materiais entregues pelo setor; Organizar e separar os materiais produzidos conforme disposição das turmas e quantidade de estudantes;Atuar como interlocutor entre DRM e os demais setores da escola, promovendo alinhamento e eficiência na execução das demandas; Elaborar cronogramas de produção e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho do setor; Orientar, acompanhar e avaliar o desempenho da equipe, promovendo capacitações e ações de desenvolvimento contínuo; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de produção, revisão e diagramação, propondo soluções que aumentem a qualidade e produtividade; Zelar pela correta utilização e conservação dos equipamentos, softwares e recursos tecnológicos utilizados pelo setor; Garantir a confidencialidade dos documentos, avaliações e informações acadêmicas sob responsabilidade do setor; Elaborar relatórios periódicos sobre as atividades desenvolvidas, demandas atendidas e resultados alcançados pelo DRM; Prestar informações necessárias para o bom andamento dos demais setores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em letras/português ou áreas afins;Habilidades com as normas da ABNT;Domínio da língua portuguesa;Conhecimento em ferramentas de edição de texto; Desejável experiência em produção editorial, revisão de textos e gestão de equipes. Informações adicionaisContratação: CLTSalário compatível com o mercado.Vale transporte.Plano de saúde.Plano odontológico (opcional).
