O colégio Diocesano seleciona um(a) Psicólogo(a) Escolar Educacional para atuar em Teresina/PI.Estamos em busca de um profissional para promover o desenvolvimento das habilidades sócio emocionais dos alunos, auxiliando na formação integral da Instituição, promovendo uma educação de excelência, inspirada nos valores cristãos e inacianos, contribuindo para a formação de cidadãos competentes, conscientes, compassivos, criativos e comprometidos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar diagnóstico, análise e intervenções no contexto institucional e escolar;Atuar em parceria com a Coordenação Pedagógica no acompanhamento do desenvolvimento integral dos estudantes;Realizar escuta e orientação a estudantes, famílias, professores e demais profissionais da comunidade escolar;Mediar situações e relações entre escola, estudantes e famílias, contribuindo para a construção de um ambiente acolhedor e educativo;Acompanhar o desenvolvimento acadêmico, social, emocional e comportamental dos estudantes, propondo estratégias e intervenções quando necessário;Orientar e apoiar professores em questões relacionadas ao desenvolvimento humano, aprendizagem, comportamento e inclusão escolar;Desenvolver e participar de projetos, oficinas e ações psicoeducativas voltadas às demandas da comunidade escolar;Acompanhar estudantes público-alvo da Educação Especial, contribuindo para práticas de inclusão, acessibilidade pedagógica e desenvolvimento de habilidades e competências;Orientar e acompanhar estagiários de Psicologia e de Inclusão Escolar;Realizar observações dos estudantes em diferentes momentos da rotina escolar, identificando necessidades e possibilidades de intervenção;Elaborar relatórios e registros relacionados ao acompanhamento e desenvolvimento dos estudantes;Realizar encaminhamentos para profissionais externos, quando necessário, mantendo interlocução com a rede de profissionais que acompanha os estudantes;Participar da construção, acompanhamento e avaliação da proposta pedagógica e de ações institucionais relacionadas ao desenvolvimento dos estudantes;Contribuir para processos de formação continuada e desenvolvimento da equipe escolar;Participar de reuniões com famílias, professores e equipe pedagógica para discussão de demandas, acompanhamento de resultados e definição de estratégias;Realizar pesquisas e propor ações que contribuam para o aprimoramento dos processos educativos e das práticas institucionais;Contribuir para a identificação e valorização de diferentes potencialidades, competências e habilidades dos estudantes;Participar da organização e realização de projetos e eventos institucionais relacionados à formação integral dos alunos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Graduação completa em Psicologia;Desejável especialização em Psicologia Escolar/Educacional ou áreas correlatas;Registro profissional ativo no CRP;Conhecimentos em Psicologia Escolar e Educacional, Psicologia do Desenvolvimento e desenvolvimento infantil e juvenil;Conhecimentos em inclusão escolar e Educação Especial;Desejável conhecimento sobre legislação educacional brasileira;Bom domínio da língua portuguesa, oral e escrita;Experiência anterior na área escolar. Competências Comportamentais:Empatia e escuta qualificada.Trabalho em equipe.Capacidade analítica.Planejamento.Capacidade de reconhecer potencialidades, e propor estratégias para seu desenvolvimento.Dinamismo.Criatividade.Comunicação.Informações adicionaisContratação CLTJornada de trabalho: 44h/semanais.Plano de saúde (opcional).Plano odontológico (opcional).Convênio com o SESC.
