Executar serviços de coleta interna de resíduos de serviços de saúde (infectantes, químicos, comuns não recicláveis, perfurocortantes e recicláveis), de acordo com orientações do superior imediato e procedimentos operacionais da instituição.

Horário:  Plantão 12x36 - Par em Setembro, das 07h às 19h.Salário:   R$ 1.741,85 + 40% de insalubridade - R$ 648,40

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIniciar o processo de coleta de resíduos nas unidades da Santa Casa BH, já devidamente uniformizado e com os equipamentos de segurança;Coletar os resíduos nos abrigos intermediários, conforme horários determinados;Obedecer à segregação de resíduos, conforme PGRSS;Utilizar o container em sua capacidade, não excedendo o volume e não transitando sem tampa ou com a tampa aberta (superlotação) pelas dependências do hospital;Acompanhar diariamente a pesagem dos resíduos que serão enviados para a empresa coletora, recebendo registros de pesagens e encaminhando para o superior imediato;Higienizar, semanalmente ou sempre que necessário, os carros funcionais e contêineres de resíduos;Realizar a limpeza concorrente e terminal dos abrigos intermediários e finais de resíduos, conforme cronograma estabelecido;Executar o trabalho observando aspectos relativos à Segurança no Trabalho, utilizando adequadamente EPI’s, cumprindo legislação vigente e normas internas;Cumprir a escala semanal de serviços nas unidades da Santa Casa BH;Atender as intercorrências referentes ao processo de higienização;Zelar pela guarda e manutenção dos equipamentos e uniformes;Executar outras tarefas correlatas, do mesmo grau de dificuldade mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Identificar desperdícios de água e energia elétrica, problemas de vazamento nos pontos de água, focos de animais peçonhentos, e reportar para superior imediato;Movimentar e distribuir lixeiras nos setores da Santa Casa BH, sempre que necessário;Emitir Manifestos de Transporte de Resíduos (MTR) durante a coleta externa por empresas terceirizadas, na ausência do superior imediato;Realizar pequenas manutenções em lixeiras e containers (tampas, rodas, rodízios), sempre que necessário;Manter organizada e limpa área de armazenamento de Resíduos da Construção Civil (RCC);Higienizar, após as coletas de resíduos, os elevadores utilizados;Executar o trabalho observando aspectos relativos à Segurança no Trabalho, utilizando adequadamente EPI’s, cumprindo legislação vigente e normas internas;Cumprir suas atividades de acordo com procedimentos determinados pela Instituição, trabalhando e eliminando “não conformidades”, a fim de obter ganhos de qualidade no trabalho;Executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e nível de complexidade, mediante solicitação do superior imediato.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Fundamental Incompleto, ou aprovação no teste de Habilitação Escolar do GSC.
