Tem responsabilidades operacionais comerciais padrão — contatos com leads, apresentação de produtos, avanço de funil —, porém atua prioritariamente em campanhas, abordagens e processos alternativos de venda em fase de validação. É responsável por aplicar novos pitches, testar formatos de relacionamento e executar iniciativas comerciais experimentais, garantindo organização do funil e disciplina no registro das interações para que a área possa avaliar os resultados de cada teste. RESPONSABILIDADESRealizar ligações ativas e contatos com leads aplicando o modelo FA de relacionamento e vendas, adaptando abordagens conforme os projetos e campanhas em teste;Apresentar os produtos e serviços da empresa aos leads, seguindo roteiros, pitches e abordagens definidas para cada projeto ou campanha em validação;Atualizar o CRM e softwares de relacionamento com informações completas e corretas sobre interações com leads, garantindo rastreabilidade dos testes;Participar de briefings e debriefings dos testes, compreendendo as hipóteses que estão sendo avaliadas, os objetivos de cada experimento e os critérios de sucesso definidos;Reportar periodicamente resultados e atividades à liderança, conforme cronograma estabelecido, com atenção à performance por campanha ou abordagem testada;Participar de treinamentos e capacitações voltados ao desenvolvimento das habilidades comerciais e ao domínio das abordagens em teste;
