A Maple Bear Vitória busca profissional para integrar sua área Comercial, atuando diretamente no atendimento às famílias, captação de novos alunos, conversão de matrículas e fortalecimento do relacionamento com a comunidade escolar.

Buscamos uma pessoa comunicativa, proativa, organizada, acolhedora e orientada para resultados, que tenha facilidade para criar relacionamento e conduzir negociações com excelência.

Responsabilidades e atribuições* Atender famílias interessadas na escola, presencialmente e pelos canais digitais;

* Prospectar novos alunos e desenvolver ações para geração de oportunidades;

* Realizar apresentação da escola, da proposta pedagógica e dos diferenciais da Maple Bear para novas famílias;

* Conduzir o processo comercial desde o primeiro contato até a efetivação da matrícula;

* Realizar follow-up dos leads e acompanhar as oportunidades em andamento;

* Atuar nas campanhas de matrícula e rematrícula;

* Manter relacionamento próximo com famílias interessadas, matriculadas e em processo de decisão;

* Atualizar e manter o CRM, garantindo o registro adequado dos contatos, negociações e etapas do funil comercial;

* Acompanhar indicadores comerciais, metas de captação, conversão e retenção;

* Participar da organização e execução de eventos, visitas, ações comerciais e institucionais da escola;

* Realizar atendimento às famílias pelos canais oficiais de comunicação, de forma presencial e digital;

* Manter a régua de comunicação de pré e pós-venda;

* Apoiar ações de retenção e relacionamento com as famílias;

* Identificar oportunidades comerciais e propor ações para aumento da captação e conversão de novos alunos;

* Representar a Maple Bear Vitória com postura profissional, acolhedora e alinhada aos valores da instituição.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil desejado: experiência com atendimento ao cliente e/ou área comercial; boa comunicação oral e escrita; organização e capacidade de acompanhamento de processos; habilidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal; familiaridade com ferramentas digitais e CRM; orientação para metas e resultados.Diferencial: experiência anterior na área comercial de escolas, cursos, serviços educacionais ou negócios que envolvam venda consultiva e relacionamento com famílias.Informações adicionaisTicket de alimentaçãoAssistência médicaAssistência odontológicaVale transporte
