En Raízen Argentina nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a "Comprador"El Objetivo Principal de la Posición Será: Gestionar las compras relacionadas con inversiones de Capex, mantenimiento, insumos y servicios. Será responsable de gestionar el ciclo completo de compras y contrataciones de estas categorías, mantener una relación cercana con los usuarios y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos de Compras.Es una posición clave para el funcionamiento de los negocios comerciales y, principalmente, de la Planta de Lubricantes.Responsabilidades y atribucionesSus Principales Responsabilidades Serán: Desarrollar, licitar y negociar contratos en línea con la demanda del negocio.Asegurar que las normas de ética y cumplimiento de las políticas de la compañía se cumplan estrictamente.Gestionar de manera estratégica y eficiente los contratos, trabajando en estrecha coordinación y colaboración con el negocio.Trabajar en equipo con Compras y Contrataciones buscando mejores prácticas y mejorando la gestión de las categorías. Maximizar el valor de los contratos tácticos y operativos, gestionando acuerdos marco y contratos según la categoría.Asegurar la continuidad del suministro priorizando de manera efectiva las necesidades del negocio y la gestión de conflictos. Demostrar mentalidad comercial y priorizar claramente los objetivos y metas.Demostrar comportamientos de SSMA (Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente) en relaciones con colegas / contratistas.Requisitos y calificacionesFormación académica: Graduado/a en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas y/o afines a un perfil comercial. Manejo de idiomas: Inglés IntermedioConocimiento de herramientas: SAP / ARIBA - ExcelCompetencias: Orientación a resultados y al cliente| Perfil analítico con visión comercial | Capacidad de organización, planificación y manejo de prioridades | Flexibilidad y adaptación al cambio | Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo | Proactividad e iniciativa.Experiencia en el área de Compras.Informaciones adicionalesEsquema de Trabajo: Mixto 3x2
