Somos um grupo multimarcas que atua na comercialização de veículos novos, seminovos, acessórios, consórcios, frota, seguros e pós-vendas realizado na nossa rede de concessionárias além do serviço de locação (mobilidade). Buscamos um Comprador(a) Pleno para atuar no processo de aquisição de bens, serviços e viagens corporativas, garantindo a melhor relação custo-benefício, qualidade e prazo de entrega. Essa pessoa terá um papel estratégico na negociação com fornecedores e será referência no atendimento às áreas internas, com foco em eficiência, organização e excelência operacional.Se você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar cotações, negociação com fornecedores e emissão de ordens de compra; Realizar e apoiar o processo de viagens corporativas (compra de passagens, reservas de hotel, controle de bilhetes e vouchers, entre outros); Negociar contratos, devoluções e condições de fornecimento; Acompanhar e avaliar desempenho de fornecedores; Prestar suporte aos colaboradores em viagem, solucionando imprevistos; Realizar análise crítica de solicitações, focando em otimização de processos e economia de custos;Garantir a conformidade com políticas internas e manter registros atualizados; Apoiar no lançamento e conferência de faturas e notas em sistema para pagamento; Preparar e alimentar relatórios com indicadores da área de compras e economia gerada.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você:Possui ensino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Gestão de Suprimentos e/ou áreas correlatas; Possui experiência prévia na área de compras, preferencialmente no setor automotivo ou em empresas de grande porte; Possui conhecimento sólido em negociação, matemática financeira, impostos e processos de aquisição;Possui conhecimento em Excel e facilidade com sistemas ERP;O #GrupoNewChase é o seu lugar!Será considerado um diferencial se você:Desejável experiência com compras de viagens corporativas; Desejável atuação anterior com fornecedores estratégicos e/ou compras corporativas complexas.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:Salário compatível com o mercado;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Vale Refeição ou Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida;WellHub (Antigo Gympass) - extensivo para até 3 dependentes;Telemedicina sem custo - extensivo para cônjuge, filhos e filhas;Atendimento Psicológico sem custo - extensivo para cônjuge, filhos e filhas;Descontos em cursos de Graduação, Pós Graduação, MBA e Inglês 100% online;Universidade Corporativa;Programa de Reconhecimento por tempo de empresa;Programa de Atenção à Gestante.
