Buscamos um profissional com experiência no segmento de cosméticos, perfil comercial e forte habilidade de negociação, capaz de atuar de forma estratégica na gestão de fornecedores e na busca contínua por melhores custos, condições comerciais e oportunidades de crescimento para o negócio.

Responsável pela negociação com fornecedores, buscando as melhores condições comerciais, redução do CMV e prazos de pagamento mais competitivos.Atuará também na negociação de ações comerciais, campanhas e promoções, identificando oportunidades que contribuam para o crescimento das vendas e melhoria dos resultados.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir negociações com fornecedores, buscando melhores custos, prazos, garantias e verbas comerciais;Realizar análise e negociação de custos e precificação;Acompanhar CMV, PMZ e margem de lucro, realizando os cálculos e análises necessários;Atuar na gestão e análise de estoques;Desenvolver categorias e produtos, identificando oportunidades de mercado;Planejar e negociar ações de vendas e campanhas promocionais;Avaliar oportunidades comerciais considerando a percepção multissensorial dos produtos;Analisar aspectos tributários e impactos de impostos nas negociações e na formação de preços;Acompanhar indicadores e resultados da área, buscando oportunidades de melhoria e rentabilidade;Manter relacionamento próximo com fornecedores e com as demais áreas da empresa.  Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa;Experiência comprovada no segmento de cosméticos;Conhecimento em CMV, PMZ, precificação e margem de lucro;Conhecimento sobre tributação e impostos;Experiência em negociação com fornecedores;Domínio de números e capacidade analítica.PERFIL COMPORTAMENTALBoa comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;Facilidade para negociação e relacionamento, que goste de trabalhar em equipe e tenha facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas;Visão de crescimento, atitude comercial, capacidade de acessar e influenciar diferentes interlocutores e forte orientação para resultados.
