Se você busca um desafio com impacto direto na performance comercial e nos resultados financeiros, essa oportunidade é para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNegociar com fornecedores, realizando a compra de produtos para revenda dentro das especificações e dos padrões estabelecidos de qualidade, preço e condições de fornecimento;Negociar devoluções de produtos sem giro;Captar verbas de marketing e merchandising;Realizar cotações, negociações com fornecedores e acompanhamento de pedidos; Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com fornecedores, buscando melhores condições comerciais (preço, prazo, qualidade e volume); Acompanhar os estoques mínimos e máximos dos produtos, visando assegurar a reposição e o bom nível de abastecimento das lojas, atendendo às demandas dos consumidores, dentre outras;Apoiar na definição de mix de produtos e estratégias comerciais; Acompanhar tendências de mercado, preços e movimentações da concorrência; Analisar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da área, propondo ações de melhoria; Apoiar ações promocionais, encartes e negociações de verbas com fornecedores; Contribuir para a organização e melhoria contínua dos processos de suprimentos;Prospectar e desenvolver novos fornecedores e produtos, mantendo a elevada atratividade do mix e identificando as oportunidades de mercado;Promover relações de confiança com fornecedores, visando obter as melhores condições comerciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo ou cursando administração ou afins;Noções de gestão de compras, precificação, matemática financeira e mix de produtos.Habilidades de negociação e boa comunicação com áreas parceiras e clientes;Capacidade de análise de dados, visão estratégica e conhecimento técnico do seguimento;Será um diferencial experiência anterior no varejo;Domínio avançado de Excel.Informações adicionaisRemuneração compatível com o mercado;Plano de Saúde Hapvida (50% empresa sem coparticipação);Plano Odontológico OdontoPrev (100% empresa);Vale Alimentação ou Refeição R$ 23,00 por dia;Seguro de Vida;Gympass;Convênios com Faculdades.
