Sua missão vai além da escolha de produtos: você será o(a) estrategista por trás do giro de estoque, das negociações comerciais e da performance das marcas no nosso ecossistema digital. 🛍️👗👔Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar pesquisas constantes de tendências e novas marcas para compor o mix de produtos.Selecionar marcas e produtos com foco exclusivo na venda online, garantindo que a curadoria converse com o público premium do grupo.Liderar a prospecção e negociação comercial com o portfólio de marcas para todas as coleções (In e OFF).Gerir as relações comerciais com foco em rentabilidade, preço, descontos e margens de cada ação negociada.Desenvolver análises profundas da performance das marcas, utilizando relatórios de venda e giro de produtos para tomar decisões rápidas.Estruturar e acompanhar as estratégias de vendas da sua carteira em conjunto com os times de Mídia Paga, Marketing e Vendas.Planejar ativações junto ao marketing das marcas parceiras para campanhas e ações de divulgação.Garantir a fluidez do processo logístico: desde o recebimento da mercadoria até a ativação das peças no site.Atuar como interface entre as marcas e os times internos (comercial e marketing) para curadoria de campanhas e mostruários.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Design de Moda, Negócios da Moda e/ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com compra de multimarca de moda;Conhecimento com Excel Intermediário.DIFERENCIAL:Inglês avançado.
