Responsabilidades e atribuições Analisar as necessidades de aquisição e as solicitações de compra de materiais diretos, indiretos e serviços no Sistema ERP para suprir as necessidades da matriz e filiais do grupo, buscando, selecionando e negociando com os fornecedores os melhores preços e condições comerciais, gerando cotações e emitindo pedidos de compra;Manter um nível de estoque adequado de materiais diretos e indiretos, aplicando em sua rotina de trabalho Classificação ABC, Lote Mínimo e Múltiplo, Lote Econômico de Compra, Estoque Segurança, Cobertura de Estoque, Ponto de Pedido, Estoque Mínimo-Médio-Máximo, Giro de Estoque; fazer recomendações à supervisão e gerência para ajustes nos níveis de estoque;Monitorar todos e pedidos de compra “em processo”, desde a data em que são encaminhados aos fornecedores até a data em que os bens ou serviços serão entregues;Criar e manter atualizados os KPIs - Indicadores Chave de Desempenho da Área de Compras Nacional, monitorando sua performance no Power BI;Monitorar o desempenho e avaliar os Fornecedores da sua carteira, em conjunto com às Equipes de Qualidade, Compras e demais clientes internos;Solicitar reembolso aos fornecedores quando os materiais e serviços forem entregues fora dos requisitos acordados e condições estabelecidas no pedido de compra e/ou contrato;Em caso de risco de escassez de material, solicitar especificação de material e cotação junto aos fornecedores potenciais, analisar qual a melhor opção de fornecimento e colocar o pedido de compra “spot" (pontual);Reportar “savings” e “aumento de preços” dos materiais diretos e indiretos da sua carteira de itens/fornecedores, tomando as ações necessárias para atingir as metas estabelecidas pela empresa;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento em: Conhecimento básico de tributação incidente nas compras Conhecimento de técnicas de negociação, gestão de fornecedores e contratosInglês básico Formação: 

Superior cursando;Desejável: Experiência com ERP Protheus (Módulo Compras) ou SAP (Módulo Material Management).
