O hospital é amplamente reconhecido por sua atuação dedicada ao atendimento humanizado de gestantes, puérperas e recém-nascidos pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). A instituição é uma grande referência em partos de baixo risco e na promoção do parto humanizado, conta com leitos de alojamento conjunto, UTI neonatal e unidades de cuidados intermediários. Equipes especializadas de médicos e enfermeiras obstétricas garantem o protagonismo e as escolhas da mulher durante o nascimento.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber as requisições de compras, por meio do sistema de gestão e/ou e-mail, conferindo as quantidades dos produtos solicitados, contribuindo para a gestão de compras; Disponibilizar as solicitações de compras, por meio do portal de compras e/ou por e-mail para que os fornecedores participem do processo de cotação da Instituição de acordo com a política estabelecida respeitando o número mínimo de cotações; Receber as cotações, preparar o mapa comparativo de valores, avaliar as cotações e disponibilizar as prévias aos fornecedores confirmando se todos os itens serão atendidos; Aprovar as cotações, de acordo com as alçadas de valores e de acordo com os critérios estabelecidos pela Instituição; Solicitar a aprovação do gestor imediato, por meio eletrônico, quando o valor for superior a alçada definida, visando atender as políticas estabelecidas pela Instituição; Enviar ao fornecedor a ordem de fornecimento, por meio de portal de compra e/ou e-mail, com a finalidade de concluir o processo de cotação; Manter os processos de compras organizado com toda a documentação processada visando o atendimento de possíveis auditoria;Desenvolver novos fornecedores visando reduzir custo para a Instituição; Solicitar ao corporativo da SPDM-PAIS a inclusão e atualização da tabela de produtos e fornecedores; Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais ¿ LGPD;Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas, Farmácia ou áreas afins.Especialização cursando na área de atuação.Desejável experiência mínima de 04 (quatro) anos em compras hospitalares, MMH e Medicamentos.Informações adicionaisHorário: Disponibilidade para trabalhar 08:00-18:00 segunda a quinta e 08:00-17:00 sexta-feira - 5x2Unidade: Hospital Amparo Maternal: Rua Loefgren, 1901.Benefícios e Parcerias:Refeitório no local;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.Profissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.(220 horas semanais)
