Se você tem boa capacidade de negociação, gosta de desafios e quer atuar no setor de suprimentos médico-hospitalares, essa oportunidade é para você!Nesta função, você será responsável por garantir a eficiência do fluxo de compras de materiais médicos, desde a análise da necessidade interna até a entrega final dos produtos. Seu papel será fundamental para assegurar a continuidade do atendimento à ponta, com foco em agilidade, custo-benefício e qualidade no suporte operacional da área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnálise de requisições internas: Avaliar as solicitações de materiais médico-hospitalares, garantindo a precisão das especificações, prioridades e a urgência da destinação.Cotação de preços: Realizar pesquisas de mercado e cotações detalhadas para obter as melhores condições comerciais de custo e qualidade.Negociação com fornecedores: Conduzir técnicas de negociação focadas em preços, prazos de pagamento e condições de entrega alinhadas às metas da empresa.Emissão de ordens de compra: Emitir e acompanhar ordens de compra (PO), garantindo a conformidade dos dados e o alinhamento com os fluxos operacionais.Homologação e cadastro de fornecedores: Realizar o prospecção e cadastro de fornecedores, mantendo a base atualizada e qualificada.Follow-up de entregas: Fazer o acompanhamento integral do fluxo de suprimentos (follow-up) desde a emissão do pedido até a confirmação do recebimento físico.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração de Empresas, Gestão de Suprimentos, Logística ou áreas afins.Excel intermediário (domínio de procv, tabelas dinâmicas e fórmulas de análise).Conhecimento prático em técnicas de negociação e gestão de compras.Habilidades comportamentais: comunicação clara, capacidade de trabalho em equipe, resolução de problemas, proatividade, visão estratégica e resiliência.Desejável:Experiência prévia na área de compras ou suprimentos.Vivência no segmento de materiais médico-hospitalares ou área da saúde.Informações adicionaisEscala e horário de trabalho: Segunda a Quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h | Sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h.Endereço: R.
