Assegurar o abastecimento dos insumos de produção e demais materiais utilizados pela empresa, ao menor preço possível, dentro dos padrões estabelecidos de prazo e qualidade dos produtos e serviços.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar pesquisas de disponibilidade de fornecedores de produtos e serviços, podendo atuar em qualquer classificação de compras, independente da classificação ABC (pesquisas na internet, eventos, e-mails), para coleta de preços e marcas, visando identificar as melhores oportunidades de compras;Realizar Compras consolidadas conforme categorias definidas no planejamento de compras e definição da gerência de compras;Emitir Ordens de Compras/Fornecimento programadas constando os dados cadastrais do fornecedor/prestador de serviço, descrição do item, marca, preço unitário, quantidade, data da programação de entrega, forma e prazo de pagamento negociados encaminhando-as aos respectivos fornecedores;Realizar o acompanhamento diário das entregas das compras realizadas, garantindo que o produto e o serviço seja entregue na data e condições negociadas;Pesquisar produtos alternativos, conforme as possibilidades do processo produtivo, visando melhorar a qualidade do produto e reduzir custos da operação, requisitando amostras para testes e documentação para análise da C.T.Q.F (Comissão Técnica de Qualificação de Fornecedores);Receber diariamente os pedidos de compras por categoria de produtos e providenciar a cotação de compras na plataforma eletrônica e ou via e-mail; fazendo o acompanhamento das cotações/pedidos expedidas, visando assegurar sua resposta no prazo estabelecido para pedidos de urgência e programados;Acompanhar o processo de devolução de mercadoria entregue em desacordo com o pedido;Preparar e analisar mapas (planilhas em Excel) de concorrências com propostas (respostas das cotações) de fornecedores ao pedidos recebidas via e-mail; no caso da plataforma eletrônica providenciar a impressão do relatório geral de pdc no qual classifica as propostas do menor ao maior valor;Registrar no Sistema de Gestão novos fornecedores para consultas e cotações, conforme necessário;Negociar contratos de fornecimento de produtos e serviços;Elaborar projetos objetivando redução de custo e maior eficiência nas entregas;Acompanhar implementação de projetos;Elaborar o de procedimentos operacionais baseados nas normas que regem a área de suprimentos e compras;Elaborar apresentação de projetos para reuniões mensais da área de compras e suprimentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Desejável estar cursando superior em Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas/afins, Administração Hospitalar ou Logística;Conhecimento nível usuário em informática;Desejável experiência na função.Informações adicionaisHorário: 2ª a 6ª das 08:00 as 17:00Benefícios: 🍽️ Vale-Refeição🍽️ Vale-alimentação:👶 Auxílio-creche (para crianças de até 6 anos)🚌 Vale-transporte🛡️ Seguro de vida🎟️ Convênio SESC
