Executar rotinas de altas complexidades da área de Suprimentos, condução das compras de materiais e serviços estratégicos de todas as categorias, promove acordos comerciais e serviços suporte a equipe aos novos projetos dos negócios. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades de altas complexidade do setor de suprimentos, recebendo as requisições de compra, avaliando a necessidade, realizando contato com fornecedores para cotação e negociação do produto/ serviço/ matéria-prima/ equipamento afim de atender as necessidades do negócio;Conduzir processos de RFX (RFI, RFQ e RFP) utilizando ferramentas como Strategic Sourcing, TCO (Total Cost Ownership) e cost breakdown;Realizar Acordos Comerciais para aquisição de categorias de materiais de consumo e serviços afim de garantir fornecimento e melhor condições de custo;Administra os fornecedores da carteira e desenvolver novos parceiros;Homologa novos fornecedores, bem como buscar um relacionamento e possível estabelecimento de contrato, visando a melhor relação custo-benefício;Acompanhar nível de atendimento dos Fornecedores, junto aos Clientes interno visando qualidade dos serviços prestado;Garante o engajamento adequado dos stakeholders, gerenciando papéis e responsabilidades de interesse do setor;Garantir embasamento nas equalizações das propostas técnica e comerciais efetuando o correto lançamento via ERP afim de garantir rastreabilidade e transparência da opção pelo fornecedor;Liderar projetos estratégicos e interagir com diversas áreas, apoiando as necessidades do negócio;Buscar e Desenvolver materiais alternativos, propondo soluções ao negócio;Prestar apoio e capacitar os demais colaboradores do setor, visando qualidade, atingimento de indicadores e padronização dos processos;Validar os processos de aquisição fornecendo documentos adequados e especificações Técnicas, conferindo respostas de preços dos fornecedores, analisando as melhores condições e viabilidades oferecidas, além de constantemente validar e assegurando a captação de preços e condições ideais de entrega para continuidade até que a compra seja finalizada. Para validar a necessidade dos clientes internos seja atendida;Analisar e atender fornecedores que visitam a empresa, buscando desenvolver novos contatos que estejam dentro do perfil da empresa para melhor atender os clientes internos na aquisição de produtos, equipamentos e bens necessários, garantindo o melhor custo benefício para a empresa;Monitorar o status de prioridade das solicitações e das ordens de compra realizando acompanhamento via ERP e executando as demandas conforme ordenação Afim de assegurar o atendimento das necessidades dos clientes internos e do negócio;Garantir o cumprimento dos KPI¿s da área;Reporta as auditorias internas demonstrando aos auditores as manutenções dos pré-requisitos de acordo com os procedimentos operacionais padrão Afim de evidenciar a manutenção dos procedimentos, diretrizes e certificações do negocio;Participar de feiras e eventos para conhecer novos produtos e tecnologias a fim de implantá-las na empresa.
