Será responsável por conduzir visitantes em atividades de Turismo de Aventura, garantindo a segurança, a organização logística e uma experiência positiva para os clientes. Atua na preparação e manutenção de equipamentos, orientação sobre normas de segurança e preservação ambiental, apoio na hospitalidade e no relacionamento com clientes. Operar a fotografia e posiciona os visitantes no local correto para fotografias, estimulando que os visitantes se sintam seguros.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por guiar o visitante durante as atividades, repassando orientações de segurança, regras da atividade, interagindo com simpatia e profissionalismo, auxiliando turistas com equipamentos, motivando o grupo e garantindo uma experiência positiva;Zela pela integridade física do visitante e da equipe, aplicando protocolos de segurança e prestando primeiros socorros quando necessário.Responsável em organizar e fazer ser cumprida a logística da atividade turística, garantindo fluidez durante o passeio;Inspeciona, lavar, lubrificar e acondiciona equipamentos, reportando necessidades de manutenção corretiva;Assegura que todas as atividades respeitem legislações ambientais, boas práticas de sustentabilidade e as normas da ABNT para turismo de aventura;Garantir que a experiência seja positiva, realizar as fotografias, facilitando registros durante os passeios, organizando os grupos para fotos e promovendo o serviço aos clientes;Requisitos e qualificaçõesTer disponibilidade para atuar em escala 6x1, com uma folga no meio da semana.Ensino médio completoDiferencial: Curso de NR-35 ou Acesso por cordaInternamente receberá treinamento de resgate, condução de turismo de aventura, dentre outros treinamentos pertinentes a função. Em razão das especificações técnicas dos equipamentos utilizados no desempenho da função, poderão ser exigidas características físicas específicas para a contratação, como peso máximo de 120kg, em conformidade com os limites de segurança dos dispositivos operacionais.
