Responsabilidades e atribuições Conferir código, quantidade, validade e qualidade dos produtos a serem carregados, separados e descarregados;Interagir com a equipe de carregamento ou descarga para cumprir a programação;Inspecionar as condições do veículo e dos produtos antes do carregamento ou descarga;Organizar os produtos nos paletes, preparando para o embarque, seguindo instruções de trabalho e regras do cliente;Organizar os produtos nos veículos seguindo instruções de trabalho (Carga Estivada);Registrar no sistema WMS e nos documentos padronizados, os dados de carregamento, separação e descarga;Realizar o preenchimento de check list manual e eletrônico;Controlar Shelf Life nas áreas de Retido, Recuperação, Exportação, entre outras;Manter sua área de trabalho organizada dentro dos padrões determinados (5S);Auxiliar sua equipe de ajudantes e operadores instruindo quanto ao arranjo dos produtos em paletes e veículos;Realizar inventário cíclico efetuando correções no sistema WMS juntamente com equipe de estoque;Garantir as normas e procedimentos de qualidade do cliente e da JSL;Conhecer e aplicar as Políticas de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente;Utilizar equipamentos tipo: plataforma elevatória, ponte rolante, talha elétrica, paleteira elétrica, transpaleteira elétrica curta, transpaleteira elétrica longa, empilhadeira elétrica, empilhadeira elétrica retrátil, empilhadeira a combustão, empilhadeira elétrica pantográfica e empilhadeira elétrica tri-lateral, desde que tenha realizado treinamento específico para cada tipo de equipamento que necessite utilizar;Realizar o preenchimento do check list de pré-uso dos equipamentos antes de utilizar;Efetuar a limpeza dos Equipamentos utilizados nos processos de carga, descarga e movimentação quando necessário;Efetuar a limpeza e garantir a organização do ambiente de trabalho.
