Vem ser Orguel!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Conferente, suas responsabilidades serão: Organizar e acompanhar as demandas de carga, descarga, devolução e pré-carga, orientando ajudantes gerais e operadores de empilhadeira quanto ao sequenciamento das atividades;Conferir e inspecionar peças e equipamentos recebidos ou expedidos, verificando quantidade, tipo, qualidade e condições dos materiais, realizando segunda contagem quando necessário e identificando eventuais não conformidades;Conferir romaneios e notas fiscais, registrar as conferências no Fluig e comunicar divergências à área responsável, garantindo a correta documentação das movimentações;Auxiliar no carregamento e descarregamento de caminhões, organizando os materiais de forma segura e direcionando os produtos conforme os procedimentos de conferência e retorno ao estoque;Acompanhar a organização e armazenagem dos equipamentos no pátio e nas áreas de estoque e expedição, além de identificar avarias e situações relacionadas a materiais sublocados ou devolvidos em excesso;Cumprir os procedimentos de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente, zelando pela organização do ambiente de trabalho, conservação dos equipamentos e melhoria contínua dos processos.
