Na operação, isso acontece todos os dias por meio do cuidado, da organização e da dedicação de quem contribui para que nossos processos aconteçam com segurança e agilidade.Como Conferente, você fará parte desse movimento, contribuindo para que nossas cargas sejam recebidas, conferidas, identificadas e acondicionadas corretamente, garantindo a qualidade e a segurança dos processos de embarque e desembarque e ajudando a assegurar que cada mercadoria siga corretamente até o seu destino.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVerificar a quantidade de volumes e integridade da carga desde o recebimento até o embarque;Conferir a documentação (conhecimentos e notas fiscais) de acordo com a etiqueta de identificação da carga;Avaliar, identificar e etiquetar as mercadorias;Garantir o carregamento dos veículos e liberar a emissão do manifesto;Receber comunicado de ocorrências do dia anterior, constando faltas ou extravios de documentos e mercadorias, verificar os motivos e buscar orientação para as devidas providências;Localizar mercadorias e avaliar as condições das cargas provenientes de outras localidades que chegarem fora do padrão de acondicionamento estabelecido;Orientar os Auxiliares e Assistentes de Transporte nas atividades de embarque, desembarque e acondicionamento das cargas no veículo;Responsabilizar-se pela validação e liberação do veículo após a finalização do carregamento;Garantir as conexões das cargas conforme planejamento;Cumprir os horários de liberação para a saída dos veículos;Fazer a leitura das cargas por meio do coletor de dados no carregamento e/ou descarregamento do veículo;Fazer a movimentação e acondicionamento da carga no embarque e desembarque;Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino Médio completo;Experiência na área de logística, transporte ou atividades relacionadas será considerada um diferencial.Competências:Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Agilidade;Comunicação;Trabalho em equipe;Senso de responsabilidade.Informações adicionaisDisponibilidade para trabalhar no horário:Convênio Médico.Convênio Odontológico.Convênio Farmácia.Wellhub.Vale Alimentação.Seguro de Vida.Vale Transporte ou Fretado.Participação nos Lucros.
