Assegurar que todo material recebido ou enviado pelo Almoxarifado do Centro Operacional Joinville, esteja em conformidade com as Notas Fiscais emitidas, através da conferência física de todos os itens que compõe estas Notas Fiscais, em conformidade com as Normas Internas de Procedimentos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a conferência física e documental (100%) para garantir o estoque zero defeito de informação, eliminando perdas por divergências sistêmicas; Aplicar o autocontrole na inspeção visual de embalagens e integridade, assegurando que nenhum material não-conforme entre no fluxo produtivo; Identificar, segregar e sinalizar imediatamente materiais ("Aguardando Teste"), garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade e bloqueando o uso de itens sem inspeção; Evidenciar anomalias e avarias no ato do recebimento, fornecendo dados precisos para a abertura de RNC (Relatório de Não Conformidade) e análise de causa raiz; Providenciar dados exatos de cubagem e peso para garantir a conformidade das Notas Fiscais de venda/transferência, eliminando retrabalhos e perdas logísticas; Validar a integridade e especificidade dos materiais destinados a outras unidades Tigre, assegurando o atendimento Just-in-Time e sem erros de carregamento; Separar requisições fabris em paletes ou contêineres conforme padrões de Workplace Organization (WO), facilitando a movimentação e o uso na linha de produção; Reportar e registrar imediatamente qualquer desvio de saldo durante a separação, contribuindo para a manutenção do indicador de Acuracidade de Inventário; Atuar proativamente na preparação e contagem de itens, visando a eliminação de perdas ocultas e a fidedignidade dos ativos; Manter o almoxarifado em padrão de Classe Mundial, garantindo que a organização e limpeza facilitem o fluxo visual e eliminem riscos de segurança e desperdícios de movimentação.
