Estamos em busca de profissionais para fazer parte do nosso time de Atendimento ao Cliente B2C e atuar diretamente na experiência dos nossos consumidores.Nesta posição, você será responsável por atender clientes, entender suas necessidades, esclarecer dúvidas e buscar soluções para diferentes situações do dia a dia. 🤝O atendimento será realizado em espanhol, por isso, buscamos exclusivamente profissionais que tenham o espanhol como língua

nativa/materna, com comunicação clara, natural e fluente, tanto na fala quanto na escrita.

📌 Informações da oportunidade💼 Contratação: Efetiva – CLT💰 Salário: R$ 2.082,68📍 Modelo de trabalho: Presencial – São Paulo/SP -  Centro Administrativo Santo Amaro (CASA), próximo à Estação Granja Julieta (CPTM – Linha 9).

📅 Escala: 6x1⏰ Horário: 16:40 às 23:00

Responsabilidades e atribuições

💼 Como será o seu dia a dia?💬 Realizar atendimento ao cliente por diferentes canais, como e-mail, chat e WhatsApp;🔎 Entender a necessidade do cliente e oferecer o suporte adequado para cada situação;🧩 Auxiliar na resolução de dúvidas, solicitações e problemas;📚 Consultar bases de conhecimento e seguir os procedimentos definidos para cada atendimento;📊 Atuar de acordo com os indicadores de qualidade, produtividade e desempenho da operação;⏱️ Cumprir os prazos e SLAs estabelecidos para garantir um atendimento ágil e eficiente;🚨 Identificar situações críticas e realizar o direcionamento adequado para a liderança.
