Por isso o nosso lema é #WeAreExpertsAndGlobalA OportunidadeA missão da pessoa Consultora em Automação de Processos é ser o motor comercial da oferta de BPA dentro da SoftExpert, gerando, qualificando e conduzindo oportunidades até a venda, com ênfase em prospecção ativa, já que BPA (diferente de outras ofertas) não tem um gatilho natural de demanda: o cliente sente a dor (planilhas, aprovações por e-mail, retrabalho, falta de controle de SLA), mas não parte espontaneamente para "comprar automação". Por isso, a atuação é centrada em traduzir dor de negócio em oportunidade comercial. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspecção ativa na carteira instalada de clientes (por exemplo, em áreas como RH, Financeiro e Jurídico, entre outras) e em contas novas; Apoio ao time de Marketing com input de conteúdo comercial, como dores de cliente, casos de uso, argumentos de venda, para a construção de materiais de geração de demanda: e-mails, landing pages, webinars; Abertura de portas dentro das contas, agendando conversas com decisores e áreas de negócio, não apenas com o contato técnico já existente; Condução do discurso consultivo de venda (dor → automação → resultado), incluindo levantamento inicial de processo e volume junto ao cliente; Repasse do escopo qualificado para o time técnico (Automation Builders) executar a automação; Acompanhamento da oportunidade até o fechamento, garantindo continuidade do relacionamento comercial. Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento de processos de negócio e das principais dores operacionais de diferentes áreas (ex.: RH, Financeiro, Jurídico); Conhecimento de práticas de BPM (Business Process Management) e de mapeamento de processos (ex.: notação BPMN), suficiente para conduzir com profundidade o levantamento inicial de processo e volume junto ao cliente e qualificar corretamente a oportunidade antes de repassá-la ao time técnico; Vivência comercial com soluções de tecnologia, BPM, ERP ou correlatos;Conhecer o portfólio SoftExpert (SE Suite) ou concorrentes.Você irá se diferenciar se tiver:Experiência prospectando soluções de automação de processos (ex.: Fluig/TOTVS, Pipefy, Sydle, Lecom ou similares);Conhecimento do portfólio SoftExpert ou de soluções concorrentes;Pós-graduação e/ou outras certificações em gestão de processos, gestão comercial ou áreas correlatas;Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
