·         Empenhar-se no cumprimento das metas individuais e coletivas mensais, utilizando visão analítica para assegurar a disponibilidade de hemocomponentes.

·         Atuar estritamente conforme as premissas de trabalho, Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs), manuais institucionais e diretrizes do Grupo GSH.

·         Atuar de forma dinâmica nas diversas frentes de captação (campanhas presenciais, Telefonema e WhatsApp), oferecendo suporte operacional à Recepção e Copa sempre que necessário.

·         Gerenciar o fluxo de pacientes transfundidos, realizando visitas técnicas a familiares e pacientes para orientar e sensibilizar sobre a importância da reposição voluntária de sangue.

·         Realizar visitas técnicas às agências e hospitais abastecidos pelo grupo para treinamento e engajamento das equipes técnicas, visando a realização de campanhas no leito.

·         Monitorar e analisar criticamente os indicadores de reposição, agindo com senso de urgência e assertividade para atingir as metas estabelecidas.

·         Colaborar com o departamento de Marketing na elaboração de materiais e campanhas, promovendo a integração entre os setores técnicos e médicos no processo de captação.

·         Gerir e operacionalizar o envio de notificações e comunicações oficiais a pacientes e unidades transfusionais, utilizando ferramentas de Mensagem (WhatsApp Business).

·         Estabelecer e manter parcerias estratégicas com órgãos públicos, instituições religiosas, instituições de ensino e empresas para a prospecção de grupos de doadores.

·         Organizar e acompanhar a execução de coletas externas (quando aplicável)

·         Monitorar os níveis de satisfação dos doadores, gerindo o fluxo de agradecimentos, sugestões e reclamações para garantir a melhoria contínua do atendimento.

·         Participar ativamente de reuniões de resultados (Comitê de Captação e Análise de Indicadores), mantendo planilhas de controle e sistemas devidamente atualizados.

·         Executar atividades correlatas à função, conforme demanda da liderança imediata.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Serviço Social, Administração, Comunicação ou afins;Vivência com prospecção de clientes;Conhecimento em análise de indicadores e relatórios;Perfil dinâmico, com facilidade para trabalhar com metas;Disponibilidade para atuar de segunda a sábado;Informações adicionais Local: São Paulo/SP;Escala: 44h semanais, com escala aos sábados:• 6x1 (com sábado): seg a sex das 08h às 17h e sáb das 08h às 18h;• 5x2 (sem sábado): seg a qui das 08h às 18h e sex das 08h às 17h.* Trabalha-se de 1 a 2 sábados por mês.Benefícios: Vt; Vr; Va; WellHub, Assistência Médica e Odontológica; Auxilio Creche.
