A empresa participa dos programas desenvolvidos pela Toyota do Brasil, reforçando os fundamentos dos negócios em favor da satisfação e retenção dos clientes.A empresa é certificada pela One Toyota, que estabelece a gestão por processo e padrões superiores de atendimento ao cliente e conta também, por 15 anos consecutivos, com o certificado de concessionária Toyota Padrão A, classificando-se assim como uma das melhores do Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender os clientes Toyota, quando solicitado, para tirar dúvidas e oferecer esclarecimentos sobre o Processo de Consórcio;Fazer ficha cadastral de financiamentos e encaminhá-los para aprovação;Realizar prospecções (via e-mail, telefone, whatsapp);Realizar cessão de direito e substituição de veículos;Providenciar toda a documentação das cotas fechadas e emissão de contratos;Solicitar ao banco os valores / boletos de quitação/ antecipação de parcelas;Formalizar o processo para liberação do crédito após a contemplação das cotas;Realizar faturamento de nota fiscal de comissão de consórcio;Baixar valores de comissões nas planilhas de consórcio;Realizar o acompanhamento do cliente conforme sua classificação de intenção de compra;Demonstrar domínio e conhecimento dos produtos da concorrência;Colocar-se no lugar do cliente, demonstrando atenção e interesse genuíno pelas pessoas e suas necessidades, de forma transparente para gerar credibilidade e confiança;Fazer lançamentos/ atualização das planilhas de controle de consórcioConferência de dados e coleta de assinaturas em contratos de consórcio;Acompanhar as assembleias mensais;Realizar atendimento a cliente e demais demandas de consórcio via telefone;Realizar simulações de consórcio;Realizar visitas externas à clientes quando necessário;Organizar e enviar contratos/documentos originais para o banco;Organizar e realizar arquivo de documentos referente as operações de consórcio;Postagem de documentos e acompanhamento de recebimento pelo destinatário;Executar outras atividades correlatas a função;Cooperar e colaborar com os outros, trabalhar em equipe para melhoria dos processos e dos resultados;Dedicar ao relacionamento interno o mesmo nível de atenção e tolerância dedicado aos clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Cursando Administração; Ciências Contábeis; Economia ou áreas afins.Conhecimento na área de Vendas de Consórcios será um diferencial.Saber Ouvir, Capacidade de Negociação, Competência Interpessoal e Organização.Possuir CNH B (obrigatório)Conhecimento básico em informática: pacote office e internet;Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale Transporte;Plano de Saúde (Unimed);Gympass;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Plataforma de Idiomas;Convênio com Farmácias;
