Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConsultor(a) de Planejamento Lean — Construção Civil

Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil consultivo, multitarefa e multidisciplinar, para atuar em projetos diversos junto a clientes e equipes de obra. A posição combina planejamento e controle de obras com implantação de práticas Lean (em canteiro e escritório), passando por melhoria de processos, controle de prazos e custos e desenvolvimento de metodologias internas do CTE.

Principais atividades

Elaborar cronogramas de obra em MS Project e Prevision; Desenvolver planos de ataque, logística de canteiro e Curva S; Realizar controle físico-financeiro e análise de custos; Analisar orçamentos, contratos e produtividade das obras; Acompanhar obras para implantação de práticas Lean nos canteiros dos clientes e no escritório (Lean Construction e Lean Office); Atuar em projetos de melhoria de processos; Conduzir reuniões com clientes, equipes de obra e empreiteiros; Desenvolver metodologias de trabalho, ferramentas Lean, procedimentos e treinamentos; Realizar treinamento em obras e nos escritórios de clientes diversos (Construtoras e Incorporadoras). 

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção ou Tecnólogo. Outras formações relacionadas poderão ser avaliadas;Experiência em planejamento e controle de obras, preferencialmente com vivência em obras prediais;Conhecimento em Lean Construction e interesse pela aplicação da filosofia Lean no ambiente de obras;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com facilidade para apresentações e interação com diferentes públicos;Perfil proativo, organizado, dinâmico e atento aos detalhes;Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes por todo o Brasil, inclusive com deslocamentos semanais, de acordo com os projetos.Nível de experiência: buscamos profissionais em nível Júnior ou Pleno, com forte potencial de desenvolvimento, ou Pleno/Sênior, com experiência consolidada na área.DiferenciaisExperiência em consultoria na construção civil;Vivência na implantação de práticas Lean em canteiros de obras.
