Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) de Pricing Especialista para atuar em uma posição estratégica, com alta autonomia e forte impacto nos resultados do negócio.Procuramos um profissional que vá além da análise de preços: alguém capaz de transformar dados em decisões estratégicas, identificar oportunidades de aumento de rentabilidade e contribuir diretamente para o crescimento sustentável da organização.Se você possui visão de negócio, forte capacidade analítica e experiência sólida em Pricing, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê será uma das principais referências técnicas em Pricing, atuando na construção e evolução das estratégias de precificação da empresa.Seu papel será conectar dados, mercado, comportamento do consumidor e resultados financeiros para apoiar decisões que impactem diretamente receita, margem, competitividade e rentabilidade.Entre os principais desafios estão:Desenvolver estratégias avançadas de precificação por categoria, canal, região e perfil de cliente;Liderar estudos de elasticidade de preço, margem, mix de produtos e posicionamento competitivo;Estruturar políticas e metodologias corporativas de Pricing;Desenvolver modelos de precificação para novos produtos, campanhas e promoções;Monitorar preços da concorrência e tendências de mercado;Criar modelos analíticos e preditivos para apoiar decisões de negócio;Realizar simulações financeiras e análises de cenários de margem;Avaliar impactos financeiros decorrentes de alterações de preços;Desenvolver dashboards e indicadores executivos;Identificar oportunidades de aumento de rentabilidade sem comprometer a competitividade;Liderar projetos de melhoria contínua, automação e transformação digital em Pricing;Apoiar iniciativas de IA e precificação dinâmica;Atuar em parceria com Comercial, Marketing, Compras, Controladoria, Finanças e Tecnologia;Ser referência técnica para a equipe, disseminando conhecimento e boas práticas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Matemática, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação ou MBA em Pricing, Finanças, Inteligência de Mercado, Analytics ou Gestão Estratégica será considerado um diferencial.Experiência:Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em Pricing Estratégico, preferencialmente com atuação em:Varejo;Indústria;Atacado;Distribuição;Operações de alta complexidade.É importante ter experiência com modelagem financeira, análise de rentabilidade, otimização de preços e projetos de melhoria ou transformação digital.Conhecimentos técnicos:Pricing Estratégico;Gestão de margem e rentabilidade;Elasticidade de preços;Revenue Management;Inteligência de Mercado;Estatística aplicada;Excel Avançado;Power BI ou Tableau;SQL – diferencial;Python ou R – diferencial;ERP (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, Senior ou similares);Ferramentas de IA aplicadas à análise de dados – diferencial.Informações adicionaisComo será o impacto do seu trabalho?Você terá influência direta sobre indicadores estratégicos relacionados a:Margem | Rentabilidade | Receita | Competitividade | Eficiência | Automação | Retorno financeiroEntre os principais indicadores acompanhados estão:Evolução da margem bruta;Crescimento da rentabilidade;Ganho de competitividade;Precisão das recomendações de Pricing;Aderência às políticas de preços;Retorno financeiro dos projetos implementados;Economia gerada por otimizações;Nível de automação dos processos.
