Envie seu currículo!Esta e as demais vagas anunciadas estão disponíveis para PcD ♿Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtingir metas de fidelização de cliente e qualidade de atendimento;Realizar a recepção e acolhimento de clientes;Consultar as necessidades dos clientes B2C, e oferecer a proposta de valor mais adequada;Mostrar ao cliente que sempre há uma solução;Criar relacionamento e proporcionar uma experiência incrível em todo contato com o cliente;Fidelizar e Reter clientes;Orientar o cliente na utilização de produtos e serviços;Orientar o cliente sobre regras e termos contratuais dos produtos e serviços;Prestar atendimento de pós-venda;Prospectar e qualificar oportunidades comerciais;Negociar e fechar vendas;Apresentar relatórios periódicos com atividades executadas, futuras e resultados obtidos com o funil de vendas;Gerir e atualizar o CRM e ERP;Controlar as movimentações de valores do seu caixa e o seu fechamento;Poderá ser eventualmente destacado para novas atribuições dedicada para campanhas, projetos ou produtos;Gerar e conferir relatórios de controle da qualidade das vendas;Apresentar relatórios periódicos com atividades executadas, futuras e resultados obtidos com o funil de vendas;Consultar as necessidades dos clientes B2C e B2B, e oferecer a proposta de valor mais adequada;Identificar, realizar e conduzir treinamentos do setor;Realizar mensalmente o planejamento das ações de vendas e fidelização, em conjunto com seu líder;Prestar apoio a liderança, na condução e orientação da equipe de consultores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades:Pacote Office;Experiência em Vendas;Técnicas de Atendimento ao cliente;Familiaridade com metas e indicadores de venda;Conhecimento Técnico em Telecomunicações.    Formação:Ensino Médio completo ou Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: 08:30 as 18:00, intervalo 11:00 as 12:30 de segunda a sexta-feira, e aos  sábados das 08:00 as 12:00Oportunidade para trabalhar presencialmente, na cidade de São José/SCLoja da Unifique no Kobrasol
