Então que tal juntar-se ao nosso time de People Performance?!#VempraRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorpResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesSuas principais atividades serão:Desdobrar as estratégias organizacionais em programas corporativos de remuneração total, garantindo alinhamento com as melhores práticas de mercado e novas tendências, com o objetivo de atrair e engajar talentos;Desenhar os processos de Arquitetura Organizacional e Remuneração com foco na estratégia, mantendo a simplificação e sinergia dos processos, para uma organização eficaz na execução dos seus negócios;Identificar, analisar, sugerir e implementar programas de benefícios, para os diversos negócios da Randoncorp; Definir diretrizes dos processos de remuneração total de forma corporativa;Desenhar em conjunto com o time modelos de Programa de Incentivos de Curto e Longo Prazo, com foco na competitividade organizacional e retenção (Bônus, PPR e Remuneração Variável de Vendas), bem como assegurar o desdobramento corporativo dos mesmos;Participar de projetos de M&A (fusões e aquisições) dando suporte aos temas de estrutura, carreira e remuneração, garantindo o alinhamento dos diversos negócios em diversas geografia às políticas vigentes;Conhecer as resoluções que possuem interface com remuneração, elaborando estudos e aplicações a fim de atender conformidade regulatória da organização;Conduzir estudos técnicos de remuneração, assegurando a interface com as áreas envolvidas, realizando a gestão da mudança e atendendo a governança corporativa (condução de projetos de ponta a ponta);Atuar como ponto de contato das Unidades, fornecendo consultoria nos temas de remuneração e recompensa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações obrigatórias:Pós-graduação em andamento ou concluída em Recursos Humanos, Gestão de Negócios, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas afins;Certificação/ Conhecimento em Excel Avançado;Conhecimento em Power Point avançado;Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão da remuneração;Vivência em desenvolvimento e implantação de programas e processos de arquitetura organizacional;Sólida vivência em programas de remuneração (avaliação de cargos pela metodologia de pontos, planos de incentivo de longo e curto prazo, estruturas salariais, etc.);Gerenciamento de Projetos.Diferenciais:Inglês intermediário;Experiência em processos de Total Compensation em empresas globais;Conhecimento em metodologia ágil.Informações adicionaisVaga para unidade de Caxias do Sul - RSModelo presencial
