Se você tem "sangue nos olhos" para vendas, é movido por metas agressivas e quer atuar na linha de frente da comercialização de experiências e acessos a parques aquáticos, seu lugar é no nosso time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar rotinas intensas de prospecção, qualificação e fechamento de vendas de alto volume para acessos aos parques aquáticos.Garantir a conversão máxima de carteira e de leads em clientes, aplicando técnicas avançadas de negociação e rápido contorno de objeções.Gerenciar o funil de vendas ponta a ponta, assegurando tração comercial e redução do tempo de fechamento (ciclo de vendas).Acompanhar, analisar e atuar diariamente sobre seus KPIs de conversão, ticket médio e volume de faturamento.Estruturar planos de ação táticos para alavancagem de vendas, utilizando métodos de priorização (como a matriz ABCDE) para focar naquilo que traz o maior retorno financeiro imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em vendas de alto impacto, negociação B2B/B2C e forte histórico de conversão e superação de metas.Perfil "closer" (fechador de negócios): extrema habilidade em transformar contatos em receita imediata.Visão de negócios apurada para interpretar dados de vendas, compreender o impacto financeiro (DRE) da sua operação e focar na maximização dos lucros.Domínio prático de ferramentas de CRM para gestão impecável e ágil do pipeline de vendas.Capacidade de estruturar suas rotinas de vendas e argumentações comerciais utilizando metodologias consolidadas (como o método STAR).Resiliência para atuar sob pressão, automotivação e foco inabalável na entrega de resultados.Informações adicionaisRemuneração variável agressiva (comissionamento), desenhada para premiar a alta conversão e a superação de resultados.Ambiente de altíssima performance, ideal para profissionais que buscam acelerar a carreira e maximizar seus ganhos através de resultados tangíveis.
