Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCaptar leads externos e internos , de forma online e presencial;Prospecção de clientes nas proximidades da unidade de atuação;Trazer sugestões de novas parcerias, atuando com visão estratégica de vendas, visão do negócio;Recepcionar e realizar atendimento ao cliente, seja de forma online ou presencial;Tratativas junto aos clientes seja de forma online ou presencial: negociação, prestar atendimento acolhedor, enviar de orçamentos, sanar dúvidas, orientações sobre pagamentos, cancelamentos, transferências de unidades, etc;Realizar vendas e receber pagamentos (online e/ou presencial) de acordo com a política comercial;Informar todos os clientes sobre a pesquisa NPS, incentivando a avaliação para melhoria contínua do nosso relacionamento;Efetua a confirmação de agenda das clinicas, através de ligações, visando garantir os horários e a melhor experiência para o cliente;Organização, manutenção da higienização da unidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Conhecimento no Pacote Office (Planilhas e plataformas de indicadores);Experiência em atendimento ao cliente e vendas presencial/online;Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos finais de semanas
