Nosso compromisso é com a melhoria contínua, seguindo a legislação aplicável e os nossos princípios de Integridade, Respeito, Economia, Energia e Melhoria Contínua.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades:Atendimento ao Cliente: Cumprimentar os clientes de forma cortês e prestativa, ajudando a esclarecer dúvidas e fornecendo informações sobre medicamentos, incluindo dosagem, uso e possíveis efeitos colaterais.Dispensação de Medicamentos: Dispensar medicamentos prescritos com precisão, seguindo os regulamentos e procedimentos da farmácia. Certificar-se de que os pacientes recebam as orientações adequadas sobre o uso de medicamentos.Vendas e Registro de Vendas: Realizar vendas de produtos de venda livre e registrar as transações com precisão. Processar pagamentos em dinheiro, cartão de crédito ou outros métodos de pagamento aceitos pela farmácia.Gestão de Estoque: Verificar regularmente o estoque de medicamentos e produtos, repor itens conforme necessário e garantir que os produtos estejam dentro do prazo de validade. Manter registros precisos de estoque.Conhecimento de Produtos: Manter-se atualizado sobre os produtos disponíveis na farmácia, incluindo suas características, benefícios e possíveis interações medicamentosas.Cumprimento de Metas: Colaborar ativamente para o cumprimento das metas de vendas e de atendimento estabelecidas pela loja.Organização: Manter a área de atendimento ao cliente e as prateleiras organizadas.
