Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento consultivo, identificando as necessidades dos clientes e oferecendo produtos e soluções adequadas ao seu perfil e projeto;Atuar na prospecção de novos clientes e na fidelização da carteira, construindo relacionamentos duradouros e de confiança;Elaborar, apresentar e acompanhar orçamentos, buscando as melhores soluções em produtos, condições comerciais e custo-benefício;Negociar e conduzir o processo de vendas, acompanhando o cliente desde o primeiro contato até a concretização da compra;Trabalhar com foco no atingimento de metas individuais e coletivas, contribuindo para os resultados da loja;Realizar pós-venda, buscando fortalecer o relacionamento e gerar novas oportunidades de negócio;Garantir a correta exposição dos produtos nas gôndolas, mantendo a organização, reposição e precificação atualizada;Zelar pela limpeza, organização e apresentação do setor, proporcionando uma experiência positiva aos clientes;Apoiar nas demais rotinas operacionais da loja, sempre que necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência anterior com vendas no varejo e atendimento ao cliente;Conhecimento em materiais elétricos e produtos correlatos;Boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e habilidade para construir relacionamentos com clientes;Perfil comercial, proativo, dinâmico e orientado para resultados;Desejável curso de Atendimento ao Cliente, Vendas ou áreas relacionadas;Desejável formação técnica ou superior, completa ou em andamento, em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Eletrotécnica ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisContratação CLT;Salário fixo + comissão;Plano de Saúde Hapvida – 50% custeado pela empresa;Plano Odontológico – 100% custeado pela empresa;Vale Alimentação de R$ 23,00 por dia, disponibilizado no Cartão Caju;Gympass;Parcerias com universidades e instituições de ensino técnico;Oportunidades de desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional.
