Responsabilidades e atribuições

Confira as principais atividades desta vaga:Responsável por prestar consultoria especializada em viagens nacionais e internacionais, identificando as necessidades dos clientes e oferecendo soluções personalizadas de destinos, roteiros e serviços turísticos. Atua na elaboração de propostas comerciais, realização de reservas e emissões de passagens, hospedagens, locação de veículos, seguros, passeios e demais serviços relacionados à viagem.Realiza a emissão e conferência de documentos, vouchers, contratos e comprovantes, garantindo a correta formalização das viagens e o cumprimento dos prazos. Orienta clientes quanto à documentação necessária, requisitos migratórios, vistos, vacinas e demais exigências dos destinos.Presta atendimento consultivo e suporte ao cliente durante toda a jornada de compra, do planejamento ao pós-venda, por diferentes canais de atendimento. Desenvolve relacionamento com clientes, promovendo fidelização, recompra e novas oportunidades de negócio.Atua com foco em metas comerciais, indicadores de desempenho e excelência na experiência do cliente, buscando altos níveis de satisfação. Mantém-se atualizado sobre tendências do mercado de turismo, fornecedores, campanhas promocionais e regulamentações do setor, além de negociar soluções competitivas e contribuir para o compartilhamento de boas práticas e melhoria contínua dos processos da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificações Curtiu?! Vamos em frente, entenda o que esperamos de você:

Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente nas áreas de Turismo, Hotelaria ou áreas correlatas. Experiência com vendas e consultoria de viagens nacionais e internacionais. Conhecimento em sistemas de reservas, operadoras de turismo e consolidadoras aéreas. Desejável conhecimento no GDS Sabre. Habilidade em vendas, negociação e atendimento consultivo. Perfil orientado para metas e resultados. Organização e atenção aos detalhes. Conhecimento em documentação de viagens, vistos e requisitos internacionais. Inglês e/ou espanhol intermediário será um diferencial. Disponibilidade para trabalho em escala, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.
