Venha voar mais alto com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConfira as principais atividades desta vaga:Gerenciar solicitações e acompanhar reservas, garantindo soluções rápidas, assertivas e alinhadas às políticas das companhias aéreas e fornecedores;Atender e oferecer suporte às demandas de agências de viagens e clientes nacionais, assegurando atendimento multicanal humanizado, objetivo e resolutivo.Realizar cotações, reservas, emissões, alterações e remarcações de bilhetes aéreos nacionais;Efetuar emissão de serviços adicionais, como transporte de pets (PET), menores desacompanhados (UMNR), marcação de assentos, bagagens extras, entre outros;Calcular alterações tarifárias e reemissões de bilhetes, conforme regras aplicáveis;Consultar e interpretar regras tarifárias e políticas das companhias aéreas;Acompanhar e garantir a conclusão dos processos de emissão e pós-venda, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos e a qualidade do atendimento;Manter relacionamento constante com times internos e companhias parceiras, promovendo comunicação eficaz;Contribuir com sugestões de melhoria contínua nos processos operacionais e de atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurtiu?!
