Tu rol será clave para acompañar y apoyar de cerca a nuestros consumidores finales (ganaderos, médicos veterinarios y funcionarios de fincas), brindándoles asesoría comercial, capacitación técnica y un servicio excepcional.Ourofino ¡bien cuidado!

Responsabilidades e atribuições•Visitas a fincas y generación de la demanda del portafolio de productos Ourofino.•Desarrollo de clientes y fincas mediante ejecución de esquemas sanitarios.•Ejecución de estrategias comerciales y técnicas.•Capacitación y entrenamiento a asesores técnicos de nuestro canal de distribución, así como a clientes, médicos veterinarios, productores rurales, líderes de opinión y universitarios (cuando aplique).•Identificación de clientes potenciales.•Actividades administrativas y reporte de gestión.•Organización y/o participación en eventos relacionados con Ourofino como ferias, congresos, etc.•Atender reclamaciones y reportar al departamento de farmacovigilancia y servicio de atención al Cliente SAC.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos y calificaciones•Experiencia deseable: 3 años mínimo.•Referente técnico - comercial en la región; ideal municipios cercanos a Bogotá (Chía, Cajicá).•Conocimiento técnico avanzado en manejo sanitario, con autonomía para resolver situaciones complejas y apoyar a otros colaboradores.•Experiencia en ventas y vivencia de campo •Liderazgo técnico y contribución en la planeación de actividades operacionales, entrenamientos y capacitaciones.  •Desenvoltura para realización de entrenamientos
