Com base neste crescimento, estamos ampliando nossa equipe de Consultores de Viagens, buscando profissionais de alta performance que tenham paixão por viajar e por realizar o sonho da viagem perfeita aos seus clientes. Nossos Consultores de Viagens gerenciam todo o ciclo do atendimento ao cliente, visando sempre seguir nossos padrões de qualidade e metodologia de vendas. Também é necessário capacitação constante em nossos produtos e destinos mais estratégicos, para isso mantemos uma agenda constante de treinamentos e visitas técnicas, além de possuirmos uma Biblioteca Digital interna com enorme acervo de treinamentos em produtos e processos internos.Temos uma enorme preocupação com a meritocracia para esta profissional tão importante, e para isso temos o melhor programa de premiação mensal do mercado!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQualificar as necessidades de cada cliente conforme composição da família e orçamento para viagem para ofertar as melhores opções visando a satisfação do cliente;Planejar e vender hospedagem, passagens aérea, seguro, ingressos de parques, transfers e outros serviços de viagem;Cooperar com clientes para determinar suas necessidades e assessorá-los sobre o destino adequado, meios de transporte, datas de viagens, custos e hospedagem;Fornecer informações pertinentes, folhetos e publicações (guias, costumes locais, mapas, regulamentos, eventos, etc.) para os clientes;Seguir o processo de vendas da agência para manter o padrão de qualidade estabelecido;Efetuar Cotações utilizando apenas as ferramentas padronizadas pela agência;Sempre apresentar as cotações seguindo todas as precauções padrão e fazendo os devidos "disclaimers";Acompanhar os pagamentos efetuados por seus clientes e prosseguir com a emissão da reserva;Fazer "follow-up" em seus clientes conduzindo os mesmos para ao fechamento da venda;Gerenciar seu funil de vendas para garantir uma melhor taxa de conversão;Cooperar com as áreas de produtos e marketing para geração de novas ofertas que atendam as necessidades dos clientes;Resolver qualquer problema nas viagens dos seus clientes, como reclamações, reembolsos etc;Participar de seminários e outros cursos para se manter atualizado;Manter o cadastro dos clientes atualizados em nossos sistemas;Fazer prospecções das ofertas (cold call);Atingir as metas de vendas e qualidade estabelecidas pela agência.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada como Agente de Viagens / Consultor de Viagens;Experiência em sistemas de emissão de reservas e nos principais portais de operadoras do mercado;Nível intermediário em inglês e se possível em outros idiomas;Forte capacidade de vendas e percepção comercial;Capacidade de interagir, comunicar e negociar de forma eficaz;Estar atualizado em relação as tendências de viagens domésticas nacionais e internacionais;Curso superior completo, preferencialmente em Turismo/Hotelaria, Administração ou área afins;Ter experiência pessoal com viagens é uma vantagem;Informações adicionaisBenefíciosRemuneração total acima do mercado;Plano de Saúde - Plano Odontológico - Gympass;Conexa Saúde;Psicologia Viva;Vale Alimentação/Refeição - Benefício Flexível;Vale Transporte ou Auxílio Combustível;Seguro de Vida;Ambiente agradável e descontraído;Viagens de premiação;Desconto em viagens;
