Afins de garantir o atingimento dos KPIs do cargo;Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, atuando como ponto focal para comunicação e resolução de problemas;Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas personalizadas para impulsionar o crescimento das contas designadas;Realizar a gestão da carteira de clientes ativos para identificar possiveis melhorias no atendimento, aproximar relacionamento e identificar oportunidade de incremento de vendas e aumento do mix de compras;Atuar efetivamente com as equipes internas, como vendas, marketing, produção e suporte, garantindo uma entrega consistente e alinhada com as expectativas do cliente; Atuar estrategicamente na UF para garantir presença nos maiores players dos maiores segmentos com foco no negócio;Desempenhar um papel ativo na prospecção de novos clientes, assegurando a realização de cadastros e a concretização da primeira compra, enquanto foca na fidelização; Compreender as expectativas em evolução constante dos clientes e ajustar estratégias para garantir sua contínua satisfação;Realizar o envio, por meio de e-mail, de documentos e informações essenciais dos novos clientes para o processo de cadastro e concessão de crédito; Realizar rotinas administrativas como elaboração de relatórios periódicos e apresentações destinados à alta administração, enfatizando o desempenho e atuação na gestão da carteira de clientes e sugerindo ações corretivas ou de aprimoramento;Executar outras tarefas relacionadas com o cargo, a critério do superior; Manter o ambiente de trabalho organizado e limpo de acordo com o Projeto da Qualidade.
