Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerenciar a carteira de postos revendedores bandeirados ALE, fortalecendo o relacionamento com os clientes;Desenvolver estratégias para ampliar o market share e aumentar a presença da marca na região de atuação;Garantir o atingimento dos principais indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), como renovação de contratos, volume de vendas, margem, comercialização de lubrificantes, gasolina aditivada Energy, lojas de conveniência e serviços de troca de óleo;Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e expansão dos negócios junto aos clientes da carteira;Realizar negociações comerciais, assegurando a rentabilidade e a sustentabilidade das parcerias;Planejar e executar visitas periódicas aos clientes, acompanhando resultados e propondo ações de melhoria;Analisar indicadores comerciais e elaborar planos de ação para potencializar os resultados;Utilizar sistemas e ferramentas de gestão para acompanhamento da carteira e geração de relatórios.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Comercial, Varejo ou áreas afins será considerado um diferencial;Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de negócios, expansão de rede ou gestão comercial, preferencialmente nos segmentos de combustíveis, varejo de conveniência ou franquias;Vivencia com CRM comercial e sistemas de gestão de contratos e carteira;Conhecimento do mercado de combustíveis local;Visão analítica para leitura de indicadores de performance e planos de ação;CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes em âmbito Nacional.
