Nosso compromisso é oferecer educação de qualidade, com excelência e determinação em cada desafio Buscamos sempre a alta performance, transformando obstáculos em oportunidades para inovar e alcançar resultados excepcionais.✨Se você se identifica com esse propósito e quer fazer parte de um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador, essa é a sua oportunidade!Responsabilidades e atribuições Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) Comercial com perfil Hunter, iniciativa e autonomia para atuar na expansão dos nossos polos parceiros.A pessoa será responsável por prospecção ativa, geração de novas oportunidades e captação de novos alunos, além de acompanhar a carteira de polos, analisar resultados e planejar ações comerciais de acordo com o potencial de cada região.Principais responsabilidades:Realizar prospecção ativa e captação externa de novos alunos, por meio de abordagens, ações de guerrilha, eventos, feiras e ações promocionais.Prospectar e desenvolver novas parcerias locais com empresas, escolas, instituições, comércios e outras organizações.Atuar com forte perfil Hunter, identificando continuamente novas oportunidades, canais e territórios para geração de leads e matrículas.Acompanhar de forma autônoma a carteira de polos, analisando indicadores, funil comercial, resultados e oportunidades de crescimento.Planejar e executar ações comerciais específicas para cada polo, acompanhando os resultados e ajustando as estratégias quando necessário.Apoiar e desenvolver as equipes comerciais dos polos, compartilhando boas práticas, técnicas de abordagem, negociação, follow-up e conversão.Realizar o alinhamento das equipes sobre campanhas, ofertas, condições comerciais e estratégias de vendas.Requisitos e qualificações✅ Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Gestão Comercial, Administração, Comunicação ou correlatos.✅ Domínio e familiaridade com plataformas de CRM e Pacote Office (principalmente, Excel).✅ CNH B ativa e disponibilidade para locomoção entre os polos da carteira.✅ Técnicas de vendas.✅ Boa comunicação interpessoal, habilidade de negociação, visão estratégica de negócio e foco em metas e resultados.Informações adicionaisSalário: Compatível com o mercado.🏥 Assistência médica;🦷 Assistência odontológica opcional;🛡️ Seguro de vida;🚌 Vale-transporte;🍽️ Vale-refeição;💪 TotalPass;🎓 Duas bolsas de estudo integrais nos cursos de graduação e pós-graduação.Local de trabalho: Volante entre os polos parceiros.Modalidade: 100% presencialHorário de trabalho: Comercial
