Através de um atendimento consultivo e personalizado, busca promover soluções que atendam às necessidades dos clientes, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável da empresa e assegurando o cumprimento das metas de vendas e satisfação do cliente.📌 Vaga: Consultor Comercial JR📍 Local de Trabalho: São Paulo💻 Modelo de Trabalho: PresencialResponsabilidades e atribuições🔎 Como será seu desafio no dia a dia:Realizar o gerenciamento da carteira de clientes, realizando visitas presenciais, a fim de garantir o cumprimento das metas e a satisfação dos clientes;Definir as estratégias para atingimentos dos resultados;Identificar e prospectar novas oportunidades de negócios e clientes;Atuar de forma consultiva, identificando as necessidades dos clientes e propondo soluções sustentáveis para o negócio;Montar o cronograma de trabalho de acordo com a frequência de visitas definidas para a região de atuação;Reportar ao gestor direto informações sobre o andamento dos negócios e produtividade, conforme modelo proposto pela empresa e periodicidade alinhada junto a gestão comercial;Realizar treinamentos comerciais e/ou técnicos aos clientes quando necessário;Realizar apresentações de apresentação de resultados conforme periodicidade definida pela gestão comercial;Participar de Feiras de negócios e eventos para divulgação da empresa;Apoiar sempre que solicitado ações/processos de SAC junto ao cliente;Contribuir de forma espontânea, ou quando solicitado, com informações de mercado, contribuindo com projetos junto aos setores de Controladoria, IM, P&D, Assessoria Científica, entre outros;Direcionar e acompanhar as ações da equipe de vendedores que atua em conjunto na sua carteira de clientes;Conduzir projetos junto aos clientes, mediando com os setores pares que se fizerem necessários;Propor soluções de forma proativa para fomentar e alavancar os negócios a partir da análise de dados e KPI’s.
