Atuar no atendimento, apresentação de empreendimentos e negociação com clientes da regional de atuação, elaborando propostas comerciais de imóveis prontos e lançamentos. planejar e gerir atividades administrativas de vendas por meio de parceiros imobiliários, assegurando o cumprimento de metas com qualidade e alinhamento aos objetivos definidos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento ao cliente, tanto presencialmente quanto por meios digitais, promovendo exclusivamente os produtos da empresa. atuar na venda de imóveis em estoque, na planta ou de terceiros, por meio de parceiros imobiliários, com foco no atingimento das metas mensais e anuais de vendas.Realizar prospecção ativa de clientes por telefone, e whatsapp, com objetivo de gerar agendamentos, atendimentos, negociações e consequentemente vendas.Elaborar propostas comerciais dentro do escopo e condições estabelecidas pela empregadora e elaborar estratégias para o fechamento da venda.Participar da negociação com o cliente até a conclusão da venda, seguindo as diretrizes da gerência. responsável pelo lançamento de propostas no sistema, coleta de documentos e assinaturas, além do envio do comprovante de pagamento do sinal.Movimentar e alimentar o sistema CRM com informações fidedignas dos clientes da empregadora para análise dos dados do cliente pelos demais setores da empregadoraRealizar treinamento dos produtos (conceito, especificações) e da marca para os parceiros imobiliários, visando que os mesmos estejam aptos para prospectar clientes com o perfil de cada produto.Atuar diretamente na manutenção e relacionamento com parceiros imobiliários, através da gestão de informações de interesses, dados econômicos e histórico de negociações, envio de materiais de marketing, possibilitando aumento das vendas. Realizar visitas externas nas imobiliárias buscando um aumento de vínculo com os parceiros.Realizar solicitação, conferência e procedimentos para credenciamento de imobiliárias parceiras. atuar na prospecção de novos parceiros, avaliando a compatibilidade entre o perfil da imobiliária e o posicionamento da marca.Apresentar questionário de pesquisa de lançamento dos empreendimentos aos visitantes e motivá-los a participar.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo.Experiência com vendas e técnicas de vendas.Experiência no mercado imobiliário.Disponibilidade para trabalhar por escala aos finais de semana e feriados. Informações adicionais
