Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAqui na Pluxee, você construirá parcerias poderosas. Como Executivo Comercial, você será parte de uma equipe diversa com o desafio de realizar a gestão de uma carteira com clientes tendo como foco o relacionamento, crossell e retenção. Além de garantir o atingimento das metas de receita, subir a interlocução com os estabelecimentos da carteira e mostrar valor no atendimento diferenciado da Pluxee. Impacte, Inspire e venha crescer com a gente!Responsabilidades:Buscar novas oportunidades de todos os tipos de CrossSell para a Pluxee, construindo uma relação consistente com o cliente através do entendimento do seu negócio e diversificando interlocução, consolidando assim nossa proposta de valor através de vendas específicas e direcionadas; Busca de novos estabelecimentos para a rede Pluxee

Garantir a aderência ao modelo de atuação que compõe nossos pilares de performance, planejamento estratégico, atuação diária, rentabilidade final, visão consultiva e demais;Engajar-se em ações de consumer, trade marketing, novas parcerias com varejo e demais, sempre atento à diferentes oportunidades de negócios (dentro e fora da carteira);Visitar todos os clientes, priorizando o giro de carteira acordado mediante atuação presencial e remoto considerando dias úteis;Garantir a interação/SalesForce;Acompanhar as informações do mercado visando execução e plantio de novas oportunidades em parceria com área Comercial somando experiências, mantendo-se atento a mudanças ou situações que possam afetar nosso negócio e/ou nossos clientes.Fará parte de suas atividades promover agenda positiva com as Lideranças de Associações, criando alianças estratégicas e antecipação de informações para nosso negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa nas áreas de Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Finanças, Economia.DesejávelFacilidade em relacionamento, comunicação e habilidade em negociação.
