Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesRealizar atendimento presencial e pelos canais disponíveis da empresa;Entender a necessidade do cliente e apresentar alternativas adequadas;Elaborar propostas, orçamentos e condições comerciais;Acompanhar negociações até a conclusão da venda;Fazer o acompanhamento de propostas e clientes em potencial;Desenvolver novas oportunidades comerciais;Manter contato com clientes da carteira e estimular novas compras;Registrar informações e atividades comerciais nos sistemas utilizados pela empresa;Acompanhar metas, indicadores e resultados de vendas;Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de apoio para garantir o correto andamento dos pedidos;Contribuir para a organização do ambiente comercial e para a qualidade do atendimento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosExperiência anterior com vendas e atendimento ao cliente;Vivência em lojas, home centers, materiais de construção, varejo ou segmentos relacionados será considerada um diferencial;Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação;Organização e acompanhamento de processos;Facilidade para trabalhar com metas;Conhecimento básico de informática;Ensino médio completo.Será considerado um diferencialExperiência com vendas de produtos para construção, reforma ou manutenção;Experiência com vendas consultivas;Conhecimento de técnicas de negociação;Experiência com sistemas de CRM ou ferramentas de gestão comercial;Ensino superior completo ou em andamento.
