Este(a) profissional será responsável por garantir eficiência, competitividade e conformidade nos processos de aquisição, contribuindo com os objetivos de performance da área e da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos de compras estratégicas e operacionais de materiais, serviços e/ou CAPEX;Desenvolver, qualificar e gerir relacionamentos com fornecedores nacionais e internacionais;Realizar análises de mercado, benchmarking e gestão de indicadores de performance (KPIs);Elaborar e negociar contratos em alinhamento com as áreas Jurídica, Técnica e de Compliance;Atuar em projetos de redução de custos (savings), melhoria de processos e sustentabilidade;Apoiar no planejamento de demanda e assegurar o atendimento aos prazos e SLAs acordados;Utilizar sistemas ERP SAP e E-Procurement Coupa para gerenciamento dos processos de compras;Participar de projetos multidisciplinares envolvendo áreas como Engenharia, Operações, Planejamento e Finanças.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida na área de Suprimentos, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais, energia, infraestrutura ou manufatura;Domínio de ferramentas de Strategic Sourcing, TCO, RFI/RFP, análise de propostas e matriz de decisão;Conhecimento sólido de ERP (SAP módulo MM);Habilidade em negociação, análise crítica, gestão de múltiplas prioridades e tomada de decisão;Inglês intermediário ou avançado (desejável, dependendo da atuação com fornecedores internacionais);Domínio no pacote Office
