Identificar exames, procedimentos e serviços prescritos pelo profissional de saúde;

Apresentar ao paciente as opções disponíveis para continuidade do atendimento;

Esclarecer dúvidas, trabalhar objeções e conduzir negociações;

Identificar oportunidades e conduzir o paciente até a decisão de contratação;

Converter oportunidades em agendamentos de exames e procedimentos;

Realizar follow-up de oportunidades em aberto e pacientes que não realizaram o agendamento;

Acompanhar o paciente após o agendamento, buscando garantir a realização do exame ou procedimento;

Registrar os atendimentos, contatos e oportunidades nos sistemas utilizados pela instituição;

Acompanhar indicadores de atendimento, agendamento, conversão e oportunidades não convertidas;

Manter relacionamento com os pacientes, buscando novas oportunidades de continuidade do atendimento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;

Experiência com vendas, negociação e atendimento ao cliente/paciente;

Comunicação clara e persuasiva, com perfil comercial e foco em resultados;

Capacidade de negociação, contorno de objeções e condução do processo de vendas;

Proatividade, senso de urgência, organização e disciplina;

Empatia e habilidade para oferecer um atendimento humanizado;

Conhecimento em técnicas de abordagem, negociação e conversão de oportunidades;
