A Protiviti é uma consultoria empresarial que combina experiência, conhecimento especializado e soluções estratégicas para apoiar organizações em desafios relacionados à gestão de riscos, compliance, ESG, cybersecurity, privacidade, auditoria interna e investigação empresarial.Banco de TalentosEstamos construindo um banco de talentos de talentos para serviços especializados na área de Auditoria Interna para futuras oportunidades no modelo contractor, conforme a demanda e a necessidade de nossos projetos.Buscamos profissionais que possam atuar em projetos pontuais, contribuindo com conhecimento técnico e experiência prática para gerar valor aos nossos clientes. O cadastro no banco de talentos não representa uma contratação imediata, mas permite que seu perfil seja considerado em futuras oportunidades compatíveis com sua experiência e disponibilidade.Presencial com idas aos clientes e ao escritório base.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar as atividades designadas com autonomia e sem supervisão;Garantir a qualidade das entregas de acordo com o planejamento e prazos;Identificar e propor oportunidades de melhoria;Conduzir levantamentos e mapeamentos de processos, riscos , detalhados, contendo as a visão de inicio, meio e fim do processo, consolidando as informações relevantes para compilar dados completos e precisos;Elaborar/Validar fluxograma, matrizes de riscos e controles, narrativas e templates de testes de desenho e eficiência;Antecipar e mitigar potenciais situações críticas nos projetos, propondo mudanças e ajustes na metodologia para garantir a entrega de alto nível;Conduzir reuniões técnicas;Elaborar planos detalhados de trabalho;Elaborar relatórios de acordo com as necessidades dos projetos;Utilizar ferramentas e aplicação de análise de dados em massa e inteligência artificial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa, preferencialmente em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia,  ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimentos em SOX (Controles Internos);Domínio do Pacote Office;Facilidade com construção de textos e aplicação de storytelling;Metodologias de gestão de projetos;Habilidade com tratamento de dados;Dominio em mapeamento de processos, riscos e controles;Conhecimento em conceitos de Auditoria Interna de TI (ITGC + Cyber);Conhecimento com aplicação de Inteligência Artificial em projetos;Domínio em metodologias específicas: COSO, Modelo das Três Linhas (IIA), Normas Globais de Auditoria Interna, NBC TI 01 (CFC) e entre outras.Diferenciais:Domínio em Metodologias específicas: COBIT, ITIL, ICFR, etc.;Certificações: CIA e CRMA;Proficiencia em inglês/espanhol;Experiência anteriores em consultorias;Conhecimento em Alteryx, Power BI e entre outras.
