Trabalhamos com intensidade, estratégia e excelência para entregar resultados acima da média e transformar vidas através da realização do sonho da casa própria.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento inicial e qualificação de leads via WhatsApp, telefone e CRM;Identificar o perfil e potencial de compra dos clientes;Realizar follow-up e acompanhamento do funil comercial;Efetuar simulações de crédito habitacional;Conferir e organizar documentação para análise de financiamento;Acompanhar processos de aprovação junto às instituições financeiras;Alimentar sistemas e controles internos;Atuar com foco em metas, produtividade e excelência no atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil comercial e boa capacidade de relacionamento;Organização, disciplina e proatividade;Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e sistemas;Conhecimento básico em CRM será um diferencial.Diferenciais:Experiência com pré-vendas, vendas internas ou atendimento comercial;Vivência com crédito imobiliário ou financiamento habitacional;Conhecimento em RD Station, WhatsApp Business ou funil de vendas;Perfil ambicioso, resiliente e orientado a resultados.Informações adicionaisPresencial em Águas Claras – DFRemuneração fixa de R$ 1.800 + comissãoContratação PJ
