Com mais de 20 anos de história, unimos inovação social e colaboração para apoiar o desenvolvimento local, sempre guiados pela transparência, pelo diálogo e pela valorização das pessoas acima de tudo. 🌍🌱Procuramos uma pessoa com experiência em design gráfico, branding, conteúdos digitais, vídeo, motion design e no uso de  inteligência artificial, capaz de transformar desafios de comunicação em conceitos visuais consistentes e entregas de alta qualidade.Essa pessoa atuará em projetos institucionais, campanhas, marcas e iniciativas relacionadas ao desenvolvimento sustentável, inovação social e fortalecimento comunitário, contribuindo para comunicar ideias, histórias e transformações.Responsabilidades e atribuições Desenvolver conceitos criativos e soluções de design para campanhas, projetos institucionais e clientes da Agência Mandū;Criar e evoluir identidades visuais, sistemas gráficos e linguagens de marca;Desenvolver conteúdos para diferentes canais e formatos, incluindo:Redes sociais;Websites e landing pages;Apresentações;Materiais editoriais;Materiais digitais e impressos;Vídeos e conteúdos audiovisuais;Criar, editar e finalizar vídeos, motion graphics e animação para diferentes plataformas;Utilizar inteligência artificial como parte do processo criativo e produtivo, explorando possibilidades, acelerando etapas e ampliando a qualidade das entregas;Participar de briefings, interpretando objetivos de comunicação e transformando necessidades em propostas visuais estratégicas;Apresentar e defender conceitos criativos, contribuindo para decisões relacionadas ao design;Garantir consistência visual, qualidade técnica e organização dos arquivos e ativos da área;Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos, ferramentas e práticas de design da Agência.Requisitos e qualificaçõesOBRIGATÓRIAS:

Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em Design;Experiência comprovada em:Design gráfico;Branding e identidade visual;Editoriais e materiais impressosConteúdos digitais;Edição de vídeos e motion design;Domínio de ferramentas de criação e produção:Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Ferramentas Adobe;Ferramentas de edição de vídeo e motion;Figma ou ferramentas de prototipação;Experiência prática utilizando ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicadas ao design. Utilização de inteligência artificial como ferramenta integrada ao processo criativo, com capacidade de:Explorar referências e territórios visuais;Desenvolver conceitos criativos;Criar e aprimorar elementos gráficos;Otimizar processos de produção;Experimentar novas possibilidades de criação.Mais importante do que conhecer ferramentas específicas é saber aplicar IA com olhar crítico, direção criativa e intenção estratégica.DIFERENCIAIS: Projetos relacionados a impacto social, sustentabilidade ou terceiro setor.IA generativa aplicada a imagens, vídeos ou animações;Ferramentas como Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Gemini, Lovable, NotebookLM, Manus, Claud ou similares;Criação de websites e experiências digitais;COMPORTAMENTAIS: Buscamos uma pessoa que:Une criatividade, estratégia e tecnologia;Tem curiosidade e acompanha novas ferramentas e tendências;Usa IA para ampliar possibilidades sem abrir mão do pensamento crítico;Tem autonomia para conduzir projetos e organizar prioridades;Trabalha de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas e públicos;Acredita no papel da comunicação como ferramenta de transformação.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Híbrido (República/SP) - 1x/semana.Programas de benefícios internos: auxílio refeição, auxílio saúde e bem estar, Day Off – Dia do Aniversário, Recesso de final de ano, Acesso à plataforma WellHub (Antigo Gympass), Apoio psicológico, nutricional e consultas através da Telemedicina.
